My 7th Grade Egg Drop Experiment

Sorry, it's been a while since I posted, but here I am! I'm in grade 7 now, and I have a science experiment where I build a container that can keep an egg whole when dropped from 3 stories. I have 4 videos showing my 3 test drops and the results. I hope you enjoy them.

once upon a time in 10 000 BCE

Hello my name is Inswiger. I live in Beringa. Today is the day of my older brother Leo’s 13th birthday, the day he becomes an honorary man!!! We have a family of two kids and two parents. We are very lucky but not very rich. Everyone is preparing for the celebration we shall light an enormous fire and Leo will receive his duty metal. A duty metal is a symbol of what Leo is to do as a grown man. My father’s metal symbolized strength and power. He became a worker and loved his job.

As I was playing with some other boys, my father told us it’s time for the ceremony! I sat with my friends, as the chief gave his loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong speech, I barely managed to stay awake but then the chief called Leo up to the stage. Now is the big moment, the shape was a shield. Then the chief asked Leo to guess what it meant. Leo said, “uh worker”? “No,” said the chief. After some time Leo said “uh guard”? “Yes, you’re a guard!” As he raised his metal, mommy’s eyes watered and perhaps even I had a tear in my eye an emotion the greatest of wealth could not buy.

A few years later it was my turn. After the speech, I got a red cross. “Uh medical help?” I guessed. “Yes, you’re a doctor!!!!!!” Things were fine until we adopted a boy. Oh noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
